1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, swimwear products may only be returned if:
the item is unused, unworn, and unwashed;
hygiene protection stickers are intact;
all original tags and packaging are attached;
the return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Palm Azure reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
items without hygiene seals;
worn, washed, or damaged swimwear;
sale or clearance items;
gift cards;
personalized or customized products.
3. Return Process

4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping fees and customs charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
We may request photos of the product and packaging
for verification purposes.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers wishing to exchange an item should contact customer support before returning the product.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
the item received is defective;
the wrong item was shipped by Palm Azure.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
